My Thoughts
What a hot routine! Great choreography, well danced. It felt a bit slow at the beginning but then I really got into it.
Partner: Lauren Gottlieb
Style: African Jazz
Choreographer: Sean Cheesman
Phone #: 1-888-6-BEST-02
My Thoughts
Wow @ Nigel being the nice one... haha. If AdéChiké showed the energy he did in the rehearsal package, it would have been better but it wasn't that bad. I don't think it was actually bad at all.
Partner: Anya Garnis
Style: Viennese Waltz
Song: Lost by Anouk
Phone #: 1-888-6-BEST-03
My Thoughts
I thought it was a beautiful routine. I didn't think Robert was fluid enough. It looked a bit under rehearsed, I could see him thinking a lot.
Partner: Courtney Galiano
Style: Disco
Choreographer: Doriana Sanchez
Song: "When Love Takes Over"
Phone #: 1-888-6-BEST-04
My Thoughts
Kent definitely doesn't know what Disco is. I thought it was pretty bad. I agree with Mia, it felt childish and definitely the worst from Kent this season. lol @ Nigel again being the nice one.
Lauren Froderman
Partner: Ade Obayomi
Style: Jazz
Choreographer: Sean Cheesman
Song: "Hide U" by Kosheen
My Thoughts
I really liked this. I thought it was great.
AdéChiké Torbert
Partner: Kathryn McCormick
Style: Contemporary
Choreographers: Dwight Rhoden & Desmond Richardson
My Thoughts
Kathryn just makes me smile. I didn't really connect with the routine, the music was kind of fast or something. AdéChiké's speech was really touching.
Robert Roldan
Partner: Dominic
Style: Hip-Hop
Choreographers: Napoleon & Tabitha Dumo
My Thoughts
Dominic and Robert as clowns is not really a stretch so it really worked. I really liked this.
Kent Boyd
Partner: Neil Haskell
Style: Contemporary
Choreographer: Travis Wall
Song: "How It Ends"
My Thoughts
I thought it was a really good concept but there was a part of the routine where they just broke away from the story and started dancing in unison which kind of took me out of the story and I kind of wished that the choreography stayed with the story all the way through.
And no Allison tonight? As if the show wasn't disappointing enough after losing Billy last week.
