Bree & Edgar
Style: Dancehall
Choreographer: JaeBlaze
Phone #: 1-877-9-SPIN-01
My Thoughts
I don't know if I'm feeling Dancehall as a competitive dance. It was good for what it was.
Amanda & Denys
Style: Contemporary
Choreographer: Sabrina Matthews
Song: "Perfect" by Hedley
Phone #: 1-877-9-SPIN-02
My Thoughts
I really liked it. I thought Denys' commitment and the emotion he put into it was great. Amanda was really good too.
Kirsten & Jera
Style: Paso Doble
Choreographers: Francis Lafrenière &
Natalli Reznik
Phone #: 1-877-9-SPIN-03
My Thoughts
Oh, Jean-Marc, there's commitment and there's bad acting. Making an over dramatic face like Jera did is the latter. Having said that, the commitment of his movements were really good, I thought. Kirsten was kind of just there.
Nathalie & Mackenzie
Style: Hip-Hop
Choreographer: Sho-Tyme
Phone #: 1-877-9-SPIN-04
My Thoughts
This couple is really impressing me. That's two weeks in a row they were outside their style and did a really great job. Definitely one of my favourite couples.
Claudia & Yonni
Style: Foxtrot
Choreographer: Danny Quilliam
Phone #: 1-877-9-SPIN-05
My Thoughts
I know what Mia's saying, I too think that Claudia lacks personality so her slow movements sometimes looks boring but I thought Claudia's technique was great. I thought Yonni was kind of stiff and there was one part where they were moving so slow that it seemed like they forgot the choreography.
Charlene & Jeff
Style: Contemporary
Choreographer: Stacey Tookey
Song: "Breathing" by Alisa Turner
Phone #: 1-877-9-SPIN-06
My Thoughts
Obviously, Stacey Tookey is amazing

I thought Jeff danced better than Charlene. I thought they both committed to the routine but I felt something was missing from Charlene. She should have been the star of that routine but she didn't draw me in.
Julia & Jesse
Style: Samba
Choreographer: Tony Meredith & Melanie LaPatin
Song: "Cuban Pete"
Phone #: 1-877-9-SPIN-07
My Thoughts
Umm... I thought those reverse Samba rolls from Jesse were pretty bad. And his hip action wasn't quite there either. Julia was good but not amazing. I was expecting more from her since it's her favourite style.
Danielle & Sebastian
Style: Theatre
Choreographer: Sean Cheesman
Phone #: 1-877-9-SPIN-08
My Thoughts
I thought it was a great routine. I thought Danielle was great, she totally took ownership of that routine. Sebastian's weirdness really worked in this routine as well.
Janick & Shavar
Style: Krump
Choreographer: Lil' C
Phone #: 1-877-9-SPIN-09
My Thoughts
Krump isn't Hip-Hop, it definitely has a different flavour and Shavar danced it a little too much like Hip-Hop. I thought Janick had the Krump flavour better than Shavar but she could have hit it a bit harder. When they jumped up on the judges' table, I think they were supposed to scare them but they totally didn't at all.
Kloé & Jonathan
Style: Jazz
Choreographer: Blake McGrath
Song: "California Gurls" by Katy Perry
Phone #: 1-877-9-SPIN-10
My Thoughts
It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be based on the spoilers. There was actually a good amount of dance content. It was a fun piece and I thought they danced it well. And Kloé was looking pretty hot.
My favourites this week were Amanda & Denys, Nathalie & Mackenzie and Danielle & Sebastian.
